You must be 18 years of age to apply
for a Firearms Identification Card. You must be 21 years of age to apply for a
permit to purchase a handgun. You MUST have an identification card before you
can apply for a handgun permit. If you are 21 or older, you may apply for a
Firearms Identification Card and Handgun Permit on one application. Please
download the following forms and fill out the forms thoroughly. |
